A little morsel about me:
I am, if you havn't guessed, LCpl Crocker. No, that is not my real name; but I do have a few "AKA"'s. I love to try new things in the kitchen. I am talking about cooking. I know some of you have perverted minds. I can cook on a gas and, but prefer, charcoal grill; in the oven; and as I usually do, on a stove. I also have been known to cook over an open fire or two. I am up to any challenge becuse I view cooking as an art. I try to follow directions. But I usually find myself being very impatient. Creating new tastes is what make me get that warm fuzzy feeling inside. It does help, however, to know what flavors meld well. You wouldn't want to combine aspergus and prunes. That would be toxic to everyone within 50 yards if someone broke the perverbial wind.
My favorite food has to be salads. I don't eat them very often, but I find that there are many ways to spice up a head of letuice. My not so favorite food is also a veggie. I cant stand brussel sprouts. I think they taste like ear wax on a dirty diaper. Eventhough dark green veggies are extermely good for you, just slide be a bowl of good ol' Mac and Cheese and everything is right in the universe. Like I said before, I love to try new things. If I like it, then great. If not, I'll kick the person who introduced it to me.
So there you go. A little look into the Chef known as LCpl Crocker.
